When you register your pet with Pet 24, we record your contact details on our database. We pay special attention to telephone numbers, capturing as many as we can. We encourage you to register you home, work and mobile numbers. How about a relative, friend or neighbour? We can register their numbers too!

Place your Pet 24 tag on your pet’s collar. You will never need to engrave the tag, even when your details change. Just update them online, free of charge. You can also telephone us if you want to.

Should your pet ever be found ill, injured or just needing help, the finder will call the number on your pet’s tag. We guarantee to answer the call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You don’t even need to call us!

Using the unique serial number on the tag, we will immediately identify you as the owner and start ringing your numbers. We can even call friends and family if you register their numbers. We won’t stop until we get through!

If necessary, we will give advice to the finder, and even direct them to the nearest vet if attention is required. We never compromise your security by revealing your details to the finder. We give you their details so that you and your beloved pet can be re-united as quickly as possible.
