3. Why we collect your data
As a company returning straying pets to their owners, it is important for Pet 24 to be able to collect your data so that we can deliver our service to you and also to maintain contact with you and inform you of our services.

Your telephone numbers and those of others you give to us

Your communication preferences
Information about your pet, such as their name, species, gender, behaviour and medical conditions.
Photography and videography of your pets that you may provide to us from time to time.
We collect personal information from you when you visit our website, interact with us via a social media platform and when you directly contact us.
We don’t store any of your payment details either online or through cheques. Instead, we’re given a transaction ID by our payment processor to complete the transfer, or the cheque is banked without your bank details being stored.

If you registered your details with Pet 24 to receive our service to protect your pet or pets, we will keep the information you gave us until such time as you cancel the service or otherwise request that we remove the data we have stored.
